Well perfect example of such an easy thing for a manager to do and it can't get done.

Well perfect example of such an easy thing for a manager to do and it can't get done. I was going to say, "Meh cut him a break, he's new..." But then i remembered sending this PM and now I'm also frustrated "Sep 12, 2013 at 8:29am I was thinking you might need a quick run down of how things work with this league (it took me awhile to figure out most of the nuances so don't feel bad). Trade talks generally happen via pm. Once two teams agree to a trade it is posted under the Reviewed Trades section. There are 5 Trade Review people who then vote on the trade. Once the trade has 3 "approves" the trade can be processed. In order to process the trade you have to update your roster on the site as well as drop any players that may be on your espn roster on espn.com. I highly suggest taking some time to organize your team page roster in a way that makes it easiest to navigate, not only for you but for other owners who may be glancing it over for potential trades (Yankees and myself i believe are probably the best templates). If you have any questions about anything in the league feel free to PM"
