Dan Hudson hasn't pitched in the Majors in 2 years and is on a minor league contract but is obviously over the league minimum in IP's...Can he go on my minors roster?

It goes by the prior years stats so assuming Dan Hudson had under 50 IP in the bigs last year (pretty sure he was under that) he can go on your milb.
And even if a player is OVER the stats limit if he is in milb in real life he can be placed in your minors as well.
