The rule would be this:
Any unowned player on here who is in the majors in real life cannot be claimed on here.
A few sub-points:
If an unowned player gets called up to the big leagues in real life (i.e. a spot-start or to just provide depth off of the bench), then that player cannot be claimed on here. He can still be sent down if he's got less than 50 innings pitched or fewer than 125 ABs, but he cannot be out-right claimed, he must be bid on.
To sure up the sketchiness, once any kind of announcement has been made by a beat writer or any kind of credible site or reporter that the player has been called up, the player cannot be claimed after that. The official team announcements are usually made hours after the reports come in, so that's just asking to be taken advantage of on here.
Would like to see everyone's opinion on this. It really should be implemented. Very much a loophole.

Alright, fair enough. If this isn't considered a loophole then I guess every other one is considered to be fair game by default. Good to know.
