How long does a player who was bought with IFA money have to be dropped before he can be picked up without spending IFA money or is he forever subject to IFA rules and therefore have to be bid on with IFA money?

Similar question -- if a player hasn't been dropped, but just never picked up -- how long after he signs with a major league team is it that he can just be claimed and added to the IFA roster instead of bid on with IFA money?

The rules committee should probably discuss this. I know I'd like it to be if it has been more than a year since the player signed he should be claimable, but I think I'm in the minority |
