So I have Rafael Soriano still counting at his 2014 salary of 7M against my cap. Since the season is starting does that still count for the full amount or does it go down at all considering he doesn't have a new contract and isn't playing right now? I know when he does sign the new contract it will go to whatever that is but until then am I stuck with the 7M of basically dead cap?
