It seems to me that putting MiLB additions on hold until mid-December because the process doesn't allow for it is not an ideal situation. With Rule 5 and non tenders coming, teams are missing opportunities to build during a key time of the season.
I suggest that we go back to the old method of posting MiLB adds just until the draft is over. We can add the players in Fantrax after the draft is complete by keeping a spreadsheet of who's been added by who & when (I'll even volunteer to keep up the spreadsheet). No more than 2 adds a day - no one eligible for the draft can be added. Thoughts?

To be honest, I’m not in favour of chopping and changing rules all the time. We run by a waiver wire 10 months of the year but throw it out the window for the two months of the draft ?
We have 3+ months of down time after the draft for teams to acquire MILB FAs. I’m not sure it’s that urgent we need to change our rules for two months because these claims can’t wait another 3-4 weeks.
