WHen is the trade deadline and when do the playoffs start? This might have been posted somewhere else and I missed it, but does anyone know this information.

Sort of, last I looked the first round match ups needed tweaking but other than that all was good.

I gave Rockies access to my account and he set everything up but he PMed me that there was a problem and I needed to call ESPN. I wish Rays were handling this as he is league creator and I don't have the time, have a pretty crushing deadline at work today. Crapsticks.

Yeah, someone (rays I guess) saved the settings incorrectly for the 2012 season, and it won't let me change them back

yeah, the only unfortunate thing about having to use a seperate league for playoffs, is that the league is very difficult to change mideason, or to create a new one midseason.

Okay, so what exactly are we left with? What was the problem and is it now fixed? Status?
Someone needs to correct the DL slots, too. Currently teams have only two DL slots on the Playoffs page. We can't add Drew Pomeranz unless that is corrected.

We solved the problem temporarily by dropping Jeff Niemann and adding Promeranz... but that won't work if Niemann comes off the DL soon -- as anticipated.
Not crucial thos week, as we have a bye. But down the road it may cause a problem. Niemann is supposed to go out on 3 game rehab assignment starting Wednesday.

Bad news. I just talked to ESPN and they said since that league started generating stats last week we cannot go back and erase those stats. So translation, that league is all fucked up and we are shit out of luck. Sounds like the only option really is to start a whole new playoff league from scratch which I definitely don't have time to do in the next couple of hours....
