I was curious about what the max cap space is set to. I had thought it was $165M after we added $5 this past fall. I came, saw and I note that the official League Rule has it still at $160M. Should this amended to conform?

There's another place in the rules were the minimum and maximum Salary Caps are reference, in the clause about the trading of cap space.
Next question. If a player is moved to the TPB DL and he has a TPB salary, does that salary get counted against the cap?

How about if I option a $1M TBP salary to the minors? I assume yes, it still counts? Any yeah, I'm talking about Cumpton, who looks like he's gone for this season too. |

It looks like he still hasn't signed a 2016 contract. This should play itself out just fine, otherwise yeah he's 1M regardless of where placed.
