Rules updates

Just clarifying some of the recent new / amended rules :

1. IFA cash will be added at the end of our World Series. Phil's has recently posted who will get how much. You cannot trade it until you get it of course but you will be able to trade it from the end of the regular season IRL.

2. The two teams in our World Series will have 72 hours to make any drops within our season to avoid having to carry penalties through the 2018 season. Therefore, for those two teams only, the official end of our season will be 72 hours from the end of the regular season IRL.

3. The official draft order is as was posted. Penalty for Phillies has been retracted so he will have the no.1 pick in the draft.

I think that's all for now. Just seen some questions about those in the chat so I thought I'd clarify.

no waiting on this one. Give him a week to reply. If something happened to explain it, give him a chance. Other than that we should be putting out an add for a replacement.
