POLL: Paying a Traded Player's Salary (one season test)

This is a poll on whether to implement what has been discussed here: tripleplaybaseball.proboards.com/thread/23176/paying-traded-players-salary

I can't remember if 16 votes or 20 votes are needed for this to be put into effect. If this were passed, it would be a one season test run, and then next off-season we would re-evaluate the rule, and either make it permanent or totally scrap it. Just so I'm clear, this rule would only be in effect during the season, and everything would reset in the off-season.

If any of you guys have questions or reservations about this new rule, the link I provided at the top of this post may provide your answer. If not, feel free to address it here.

People seem to be more open to this idea being implemented in 2019. Early results show this isn't a popular idea for 2018.

If you want to poll for 2019, I'd suggest a new poll. Wouldn't want to change the question after people voted.
