Maybe it should be random have six amounts each division gets a amount and then we swap them so every three years it equals out so like al west and nl east get 5 million nl west and al east get 7 and then nl central and al central get 9 or something like this

Also sounds like a lot more work

Because every team ends up getting the same amount I don't like it for a lot of reasons. The biggest one being that every team ends up getting the same amount of IFA monies.

Every team should this league already babies the lower teams enough

If you put in a cap system, teams will still just blow their load on the top guys. Wouldnt a separate draft at the end of the year make more sense?

Every team should this league already babies the lower teams enough Why not just mirror the MLB? And you know why rules favor getting talent to weaker teams? Competitive balance....which equals league longevity. Why don't you propose to rotate draft picks by team/division instead of by record? That way everybody gets #1 picks.

I said this one issue I don't think you should help the bottom teams. I've said this a million times you get what you put it. I took over the worst team in the league and won my division the next year and I didn't do it by getting anything special from the league. I was offered to have some of my redicolous IFA contracts reduced but I wanted to play by the rules. If you want a good team you need to put in the work.

I just think it's better and simpler to mirror the MLB

I don't see how only managing 3 amounts is easier then 30 different ones

Your way just makes 0 sense. It's like you are just trying to put your touch on it so you have something to say.

How does my way make zero sense. It's so much easier to track. Here's all it is Nl west and AL east get lets say 9 million
Nl central and al central get 7 million
Al west and nl east get 5 million
And you just rotate the salaries. How doesn't this make sense.

Rotate the salaries amongst divisions? How does it get dispersed to individual teams? It just seems like we're trying to reinvent the wheel here.

2 other questions.
1) Will there be additional roster spaces for IFA guys we purchase with our IFA bucks? Because roster space is probably more valuable to me then getting the 25-30th best IFA out there most times.
2) Can IFA dollars "carry over" from year to year? For instance I save all my 2014 dollars and instead put it towards making a big splash in 2015.

1. I say we should have more spots mainly to track the cap.
2. I don't think they should carry over

They fit on your 90 roster spots or they don't fit2) Can IFA dollars "carry over" from year to year? For instance I save all my 2014 dollars and instead put it towards making a big splash in 2015. No, use it or lose it ***Maybe a rotating 5 or 10 man IFA yearly roster would be good***

I think you have a IFA only roster so it could start at like 3 spots and grow until maybe 7.

Or maybe we can make the rookie roster the rookie/IFA roster and expand it to 15 slots. You can put whatever combo of draftees and IFAs on it at your own discretion.
